- Tractor Fire
At 12:12PM
volunteers were alerted to the tractor fire on Fowler Cove Road.
BMVFD is actually third due fire department to this area but the
closest two departments were not available to respond. Engine 4,
Rescue 4, and the EMS Supervisor responded with 8 personnel.
Rescue 4 arrived and reported one tractor fully involved. Engine
4 stretched 250' of 1 1/2" line and extinguished the blaze and
also a small grass fire that had started around the tractor.
BMVFD cleared the scene and returned to the mountain at 1:20PM.
FF/EMT Wessel had the Fowler Cove Command.
